Women’s day celebration was held on 10.03.2014 in Sedol village, Humnabad Taluk, Bidar District. The programme was inaugurated by Fr Robert Crasta the Parish Priest of Jalasangi. Mrs. Sangeeta Agdi presided over the function. Mrs. Veerkah Patil, the Advocate was the chief guest.

Around 500 women from 34 Self help groups participated in the programme. ‘Inspiring Change’ was the focus theme of the celebration. All the speakers highlighted on the theme and called on women, to be women of inspiration and change. Indeed the celebration brought in great joy, festivity and variety entertainment to all specially women in particular.
