The Educators meet was conducted at the Provincialate on 19th July 2016. The Heads of all the Educational institutions and Hostels together with the Correspondents, & Province BES subcommittee reflected together the ‘Thrust of the XVI General Chapter and the and mandate given to us to live our consecration as persons involved in the educational ministry of the congregation. 
In the opening message, Provincial Superior Sr M Cicilia Mendonca BS, stressed on the life integrity required for Bethany educators and the skills for effective administration.
Rev Sr Rose Celine BS, the Superior General and the President of BES was the Resource person. While speaking on the spirituality of educators Sr Rose Celine gratefully recalled the educational stalwarts of the Province in the past years and how Bethany became a gateway for development through education. She said, ‘We have to be spiritual, we need to be the change that we want to see, to teach children things concerning eternal happiness, we are spiritual beings with human nature. Together with value, knowledge and skill empowerment we need to become and create a transformed person for the society. Teachers are formators we need to focus on our life of integrity, transparency & accountability, communion and collaboration and show concern for the ignorant and less favored.
Sr Mariola the Province Coordinator for Education moderated the action plan.Campus wise discussions were held. Sr Sybil the Treasurer of Province BES welcomed the gathering. Sr Shanthi Agnes compeered the programme. Indeed the day was educative and empowered us little more.
