8th Annual Day Celebration-2016. The Annual Day celebration was a unique and an auspicious day to Bethany High School family. It began with a flag hoisting at 9.30a.m in the Bethany premises. Chief Guest for the morning programme were Mrs.Thanuja M., Education co-ordinator, B.E.O.office Puttur and Mr.Francis D’Souza, Asst.General Manager, Campco Chocolate Factory Puttur.
The school conducted number of co-curicular activities during the year.
The prizes were awarded to the students. Most of the students won prizes and were happy over their achievement.
THE EVENING PROGRAMME –
The evening programme began at 5.30p.m under the Presidentship of Sr.Shubha B.S. Provincial Councilor.
The Chief Guest Prof. B.J. Suvarna awarded the prizes for General Proficiency and for the champions in the sports. In his speech he enlightened the parents, staff and students to perform their responsibilities and spoke highly about Bethany institution’s progress. The Guest of Honour Rev.Fr. Rithesh Rodrigues, Asst. prof, Department of post graduation, St.Pholomena College, Puttur, awarded the certificates, to distinction students of S.S.L.C.-2016.
Sr.Shubha honoured the National Karate winner and S.S.L.C. toppers. The report of the school was presented in PPT. After which the students performed cultural programme.
The climax of the variety entertainment was the dance of Abbakka Rani and Nada Geethe. It was a treat for the eyes of the parents and the audiance. It was a colourful day to Bethany High School.Sr Emerita
