The 26 Young sisters of Mangalore Province had a golden Opportunity to renew oneself, through five days seminar, from 26th to 31st December, on Core Transformation. Fr K.C Thomas SDB the director of Bosco Institute of Psychology and Spirituality was the resource person, who led us to reach the wellspring within, in order to have core transformation.

Core transformation helps to change the negative feelings, behaviours and thoughts. It helps to develop and maintain an inner sense of self, well-being, wholeness and connection with the Divine. He taught us the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), to heal all negative emotions and pains. Each one of us was able to touch our inner self, unfold the inner beauty and meet the Divine. Every one empowered with positive energy and experienced the inner healing. With new vigour, zeal and positive energy returned to our communities to begin New Year 2014 with newness.
