A short seminar on “New Paradigms in Formation” was organized by Sr Lillis BS Asst. Superior General and the General Coordinator for formation, for the members of the Congregation of the Sisters of Little Flower of Bethany at National Vocational Service Centre (NVSC) Pune from 8th to 15th February, 2015 mostly involved in Formation Ministry at various stages of formation. 39 Sisters from different parts of India participated in it. The staff of the Institute (NVSC) dealt on a few topics i.e. Integral Human Formation, Counseling skills, Multi-culturalism in formation, Integration of Spirituality & Psychology and Journey to the Core-self. The mixture of young and old added color to the group; the active and dynamic participation kept the sessions alive. All contributed their share in making the cultural evening memorable. The five Sisters from Mangalore Province, viz Sr Sharon BS, Sr Roselyta BS, Sr Agnes Mary BS, Sr Preethi Prathima Fernandes BS and Shalet D’Souza BS participated in it. As a whole, it was a time to introspect our responsibility towards our ongoing formation and the formation at different phases in the Congregation. We are grateful to our Congregation for providing us an opportunity to renew ourselves.
