First visit of newly appointed ArchBishop Thomas Macwan had a meaningful interaction with the Bethanites at Bhiloda (newly started collaborative work with the Society of Jesus). His visit gladdened us. It was a great joy for us to listen to him and to get inspired. His short visit made us to experience his shepherding care to his flock. As we spent our time with him we discovered him as a spiritual person who is able to understand the pain, struggles and need of the church for the evangelisation.
Since he came across the Bethany sisters for the first time and having listened to us he expressed his deep appreciation for the work the congregation is doing for the church. Finally assuring us his prayers and support he blessed and wished us well.
