January 15th was an important day in the history of Rosa Mystica Novitiate, Kinnikambla, for we celebrated “Novices' Day". In preparation we had prayer for 9 days with the focus on the theme 'More like the Master'. Besides spiritual preparation, we also conducted a few competitions and games in order to help the Novices to tap their own potentialities.
A thanksgiving Mass was arranged celebrated by Rev Fr Thomas OP, concelebrated by Rev Fr Paul Pinto the parish priest and Rev Fr Antony Kunnel director of Sneha Sadan. The presence of Sr Lillis BS -the General Coordinator for Formation, Sr Mariette BS the Provincial Superior, Sr Juliana Monis BS the local superior, Sr Sahana the Tertian Directress, Community Sisters and Tertians added joy and colour to the programme.
Along with variety of cultural dances, Novices enacted the skit on St Faustina- depicting the importance of the Year of Mercy. Day came to end with the fellowship meal.
