'Safety begins from home'. A road safety awareness programme was organised in Sacred Hearts' Hr Pry (Eng Med) School, Kulshekar by Kadri Traffic Police officers on account of the "Road Safety Awareness month Programme".Traffic personnel ASI Mr Boppaiah, ASI Mr Krishna Kumar, Mr Chinnappa, Mr Gajendra and Mr Anand were present on the stage.Mr Chinnappa addressed about the safety rules to be followed on the road and also about the consequences of the violation of those rules. He said that accidents always occurs due to the negligence of the drivers. He said that safety awareness should begin from home. He also advised the students not to allow their parents to drive or ride a vehicle without wearing the seatbelt or helmets.In the interaction session he cleared the doubts and answered the questions asked by the students. He proclaimed ' A good rapport should be built between the police and public' for the smooth functioning of the society.
