It was a memorable occasion in the premises of Bethany Convent Secondary School Vadgam Gujarat which took place on 6th March 2019. The students of ‘Art club’ together with their teachers had organized Art Gallery Exhibition for the purpose of developing creative skill and give life to the imagination of students. It was typically visual, auditory or performing artifact expressing the onlookers’ imagination through the various painting, sculpture, best out of waste, paper cuttings and folding, clay models, variety of colourful houses, flowers and drawing.
On this significant day the President of Bethany Charitable Trust Sr Cicilia Mendonca and her assistant Sr Roshel paid an official visit to our school. At 8.30am. The school band with its musical rhythm welcomed the esteemed guests of the day with love and due respect. The Principal of the school Sr Jyotika welcomed them with words and sweet scented bouquet of flowers. On this joy filled event our students performed a beautiful programme and gave cherishable memories of our school to our honorable guests.
At 10 30 was the long awaited time to inaugurate the Art Gallery Exhibition. The President of Bethany Charitable Trust Sr Cicilia Mendonca inaugurated the Exhibition. This great event was witnessed by the sisters, teachers, students, parents and the well wishers. As everyone entered the exhibition hall it was a feeling of wonder and admiration for all to view the variety of beautiful pieces of art. There was a fusion of appreciation from all for all the masterminded students who prepared the different models and the teachers who guided them. There after the exhibition was open for the parents, well-wishers and students from other schools.
