To commemorate the assassination of Mahatma Gandhiji, which is known as Martyr’s Day and most commonly known as “Peace Day” the Sacred Hearts’ High School and Higher Primary Eng Med School assembled on the school ground on 30th January at 9 am.

Moreen of grade VII highlighted on the significance of the day followed by Prayer song on Peace. The Headmistress Sr Anitha led the students for the Peace March holding yellow and white coloured flags symbolizing peace, which started from the school ground and then proceeded through Shakthinagar cross, finally reached back to the campus. Through this peace march the importance of peace in today’s world was embedded in the minds of the students.
