A red letter day marked in Maryvale School by the visit of Sr. Cicilia Mendonca, the Corporate Manager of Bethany Educational Society, Mangalore Province along with Sr. Lizzie the Province Procurator. They were escorted with school band accompanied by Sr. Jyothsna the Superior and Sr. Divina the Correspondent. Sr.Nisha Headmistress of Primary, welcomed the gathering. Mrs Mabel Rodrigues compeered and Sr. Shanthi proposed the vote of thanks.In her address to the students she called upon to be truthful and honest by quoting the example of Mahatma Gandhi. She also appreciated them for choosing to be the students of Maryvale. An entertainment Programme preceded the stage Programme by the students both Primary and High school.Sr Cicilia after the assembly also met the teachers. She thanked all the teachers for their dedicated services to Maryvale institution. She told them that they are not professionals but their job is a vocation. On behalf of the staff, Mrs. Pramila proposed the vote of thanks.
