The Western Institute of Martial Arts organized the State Level Karate Championship on 7th January 2024 at St. Rita Higher Primary School, Cascia, Mangaluru. The students of Bethany English Medium Higher Primary School, Kilpady, Mulki took part in the events and have brought laurels to school.
Navish. N. Poojary of class IV has won 1st place in Individual Kumite and 2nd place in Individual Kata under 9 years yellow belt category and Namisha. N. Poojary of class IV has won 3rd place in Individual Kata and Individual Kumite under 9 years category. Bethany English Medium Hr. Pry School congratulated Thanmay Shriyan of class 2 for his outstanding performance in Karate Championship. He had participated in the 34th State Level Inter Dojo Karate Championship 2023 organised by The Institute of Karate & Allied Arts Parkala on 23rd & 24th December 2023 at RSB Sabha Bhavan, Manipal. He has won 1st place in Individual Kumite and 3rd place in Individual Kata. The Management, The Headmistress and the staff congratulate the winner.
