One could appreciate her patience especially for the weaker one to teach them. She made herself available for students in their struggle and thought them the art of facing life with serenity. As a Maths teacher she took trouble to drill mathematical concepts to students. As a headmistress she managed the administrative affairs as per her capacity. To every one she came across as a calm and serene person and moved ahead prudently and cautiously. She never boasted her successful achievement but worked silently without desiring for publicity or reward. She encouraged students not only in academics but also motivated them to participate in sports and games at the State and National level too. She had the ability to keep the staff together and art of fostering communion and collaboration. She also rendered her dedicated service at the Diocesan Institutions.
