May 22nd 2015 was a very important day in the history of Rosa Mystica Novitiate, Kinnikambla. The outgoing Novice Directress Sr Priya Rose BS was thanked for rendering her loving and committed services to the Novices for the past four years. The incoming Novice Directress Sr Dona BS who completed her Doctoral studies in Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands on the theme “A Quest for Life and Transformative Resistance: An Explorative Study on Religious and Philosophical Resources of Resistance to Female Foeticide and Infanticide in India” was welcomed with a meaningful Prayer service conducted by Sr Richard BS.
The Provincial Superior of Mangalore Province Sr Mariette BS installed the Novice Directress symbolically with the exchange of lighted candle in the presence of Sr Christella BS the Assistant Provincial Superior, Sr Amitha BS the animator of the Community, Novitiate staff and the Novices. A short felicitation programme was held to greet the newly Installed Novice Directress.
